Elite is selected from our finest family reserve wines and matured for 15 months in French and American oak barrels, followed by 2 years of bottle aging. You’ll discover a powerful mouth with a dense structure supported by a good acidity, and a clean nose of black fruits, blackberries, strawberry jam, vanilla and cacao.

Prestige Rouge

A Dark ad intense color with purple tints characterizes this wine with slightly opaque from the no fining and no filtration process.Nose from a ripe Cabernet Sauvignon contains overtones of prunes, blackberry jam, and cherries in brandy, combined with aromas from the barrel aging such as coffee liqueur,licorice and mocha. In the mouth, the clean attach is quickly followed by a nice roundness and concentrated velvety tannins. The finish is supported by the freshness of the acid balance, hints of previous wood, chlorophyll and menthol coming from the terroir, that increases while wine is breathing in your glass.

Pays Des Patriarches

Deep intense color with ruby tints. The nose is a combination of cooked red fruits with overtones of strawberry jams, cloves, white pepper, leather and smoked meat. The attach is clean and round in the mouth, then it develops nicely with a clean and sharp finish with concentrated tannins and torrefaction flavors. A complex, powerful and easy drinking wine.

Cabernet Sauvignion

Deep dark red color. A clean nose of black fruits, black berries, strawberry jam, vanilla, cacao and cigar. After a fresh sharp attack, you will discover a powerful and dense structure supported by a good acidity, finishing on medium oak aromas and a hint of herbaceous notes, typical from the varietal and barrel aging.

Syrah

Very deep and intense dark color with deep purple tints, typical from a Syrah. The nose shows great complexity with dried fruits, spices, tobacco, caramel, smoked meat and gun powder(pierre a fusil) notes. The mouth is complex with incredible structure intensity, finishing on the fruit and a pleasant acidity. This wine will be easier to access in a few years; powerful, unusual, a precise reflection of a great terroir.

Ruby

Deep brilliant red color with purple ring. The nose is a balance of fruit and oak, strawberry, raspberry jam, dark chocolate and vanilla. The mouth is clean, round and balanced with soft tannins and a pleasing notes of smoked meat, cloves and vanilla. Nice soft length with velvety finish reinforces the impression of concentrated fruits and easy enjoyable wine.

Riesling

Brilliant green color. Typical young and crispy Riesling already showing a great aging potential. The nose shows a complex combination of floral, white and yellow fruits like peer, peaches with herbaceous notes and white pepper. The attack is round and intense, and develops nicely on the fruit, finishing on the mineral side and a great freshness and length brought by the acidity. This Riesling will slowly gain complexity with aging on the mineral and spicy side.

Chardonnay

Pale gold hue color. Powerful and expressive nose of cooked peaches, dried apricots, butter, bread toasts, and Magnolia. Excellent body with mineral freshness and robust flavors emerging across the palate. It evolves ‘sur une plus grande amplitude’ with aeration, gaining tropical fruits and mineral notes from the terroir with a stunning intensity and aromatic persistency.

Seven

Brilliant pale color with a green tint. This is a blend of seven grapes, it delivers a superb complexity and a wide range of aromas, a very intense nose of fruit, floral and greeny aromas of peach, guava, acacia, citrus, green pepper, mango, gooseberries… It is fresh and crispy with a nice roundness in the mouth, and a great intensity on the fruit, ending with some citrus and herbs flavors.

Rosé Royal

Nice brilliant and intense salmon color. The clean and fruity nose combines strawberry and raspberry cream with melon and hints of chlorophyl and mint that brings it a nice freshness. The mouth is fruity, clean, simple and very enjoyable with a bit of sugar balanced with the acidity.

Arak Blue

Arak is made from 100% grape spirits distilled in-house with fresh natural aniseed. Grape spirits are obtained from the five stages distillation process of naturally fermented Semillon, Melon, and other white grape varieties. Distillation temperature is strictly controlled to preserve the aromas and freshness of the final product. There is I no artificial flavor or color, and only natural aniseeds is the source of the rich anise flavor. This traditional drink has complemented Mediterranean cuisines for centuries. To enjoy, simply dilute one part Arak to three parts water then add ice.

Arak7 is made with grape spirits triple distilled in-house with fresh natural aniseed. Using the latest distillation technic available to produce fresh, clean and complex aromas, combined with a rich and smooth taste.
